was a senior manager in NHS Estates, specialising in all aspects of estate management and estate rationalistion as well as primary care. She has been closely involved in the development of clinical services and procurement of primary care facilities under third party development and PFI. Experienced in completing complex business cases, Alison has also acted as a project director in capital investment. As a project director she has extensive experience of LIFT and PFI

Her field of expertise involves activity in practice based commissioning, reviews of clinical activity, helping trusts towards financial recovery, asset reviews to improve efficiency in revenue costs and developing solutions for optimising capital funds while maintaining high quality services.

Alison is currently closely involved in developing a training course for NHS senior managers to help them review their property assets and clinical services with the aim of reducing running costs and assisting financial recovery.
